摘  要:采用1 t 3相有衬电渣炉-底吹氩精炼-铸φ90 mm棒-100 kg电渣重熔工艺流程成功地生产出满足生产φ0.018 mm超细丝洁净度要求的316L不锈钢原料(/%:≤0.03C、≤1.0Si、≤2.0Mn、≤0.035P、≤0.030S、16~18 Cr、12~15Ni、2~3Mo)。通过渣料为(/%)25CaF_2-25Al_2O_3-50CaO,3根纯铁自耗电极的熔炼过程逐步加铬铁、镍板和硅铁,获得要求的成分,并用AlSiMn合金和SiCa粉脱氧,底吹氩气搅拌,直接浇铸成φ90 mm铸棒,再经φ160mm电渣重熔炉精炼成100 kg锭。结果表明,电渣锭中总氧含量为(15~20)×10^(-6),平均夹杂物含量为16.2个/mm^2,95%夹杂物尺寸小于5μm,没有发现大于10μm的夹杂物,可满足生产超细不锈钢丝的要求。The raw material of stainless steel 316L (/% :≤0. 03C, ≤ 1.0Si, ≤2. 0Mn,≤0. 035P, ≤0. 030S, 16 - 18Cr, 12 - 15Ni, 2 -3Mo) meeting the requirement for production of Ф0. 018 mm ultra-fine wire is successfully produced by It 3-phases electroslag furnace with lining-bottom argon stirring refining-casting ФP90 mm bar-electroslag remehing 100kg ingot process flow sheet. During 3 pure iron consumable electrodes arc melting process with slagging material 25CaF2-25A1203 -50CaO, using A1SiMn alloy and SiCa powder to deoxidize and bottom argon stirring, the required chemical composition of steel is obtained by gradually adding chromium iron, nickel plate and silicon iron, and the liquid is casting to ФP90 mm bar then remehing to 100 kg ingot by a ФP160 mm electroslag remelting furnace. Results show that the total oxygen content in electro-slag remehed ingot is ( 15 -20) × 10^-6, the average inclusions content is 16. 2 inclusions/mm^2, and the 95 % inclusions size is less than 5μm, the inclusion size larger than 10μm isn' t found that meet the requirement for production of ultra-fine stainless steel wire.
