摘  要:从理论上分析了基于拉曼放大的布里渊光时域分析系统(BOTDA),通过建立与拉曼放大有关的泵浦光和信号光的耦合方程,对信号光波形进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明,双端拉曼放大技术可有效地补偿传感信号的传输损耗,提高系统测量精度。搭建了基于拉曼放大和半导体光放大(SOA)相结合的BOTDA分布式光纤传感系统,实验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,针对49.6 km的传感距离,空间分辨率达到40 m,温度分辨率1℃。A Brillouin optical time domain analysis (BOTDA) system based on Raman amplification has been theoretically analyzed. The detected probe waveshape has been simulated by using the probe-pump coupled equations combined with Raman. The numerical simulation shows that the bi-directional Raman amplification is very effective for enhancing the measurement accuracy. The experimental exploration of the BOTDA with Raman amplification and semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) has been demonstrated. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The results show that a temperature resolution of 1 ℃ was achieved over a sensing distance of 49.6 km with a 40 m spatial resolution.
