摘　　要：在充分研究该铜镍混合精矿性质及现场存在问题的基础上,选用TT-45型陶瓷过滤机取代GD-40型真空过滤机,生产实践表明,陶瓷过滤机不但可以降低水分,而且可以大幅度降低精矿生产成本、提高产量、减少工人劳动强度,对企业经济效益和社会效益提高有很大的帮助。Based on the thorough study of the copper and nickel concentrate properties and the existing problems on site, ceramic filter has been selected instead of GD--40 vacuum filter. With a completed process, ceramic filiters can decrease concentrate moisture and dewatering cost, improve productivity, reduce the labor intensity of workers were proved. It is helpful to increase efficiency of society and economiy of mines.
