举肠器应用于动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的设计并制作举肠器,通过电视腹腔镜下行左半结肠、直肠手术验证其安全性、可靠性。方法将西藏小型猪随机分为两组:处理组与对照组,每组15头,然后在电视腹腔镜下对实验猪的远端直行部位的结肠、直肠系膜进行分离操作,处理组术中使用举肠器,对照组不使用举肠器。比较两组的手术时间、出血量及CO2气体用量。结果实验中两组均无动物死亡,处理组的手术时间、出血量及CO2气体用量三项指标明显优于对照组。结论在电视腹腔镜下行左半结肠、直肠手术中应用举肠器使手术操作简单,且安全、可靠。Objective To design and make colorectal lifter, verify the security, reliability, by left colon and rectal surgery with television laparoscopy Methods Tibetan mini-pigs were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group （n = 15）, and then mesentery were resected with colorectal lifter in treatment group, while, without it in control group. The operation time, the volume of blood loss and of CO2 gas were compared. Results There were no animal deaths, the three indicators （operation time, the volume of blood loss and of CO2 gas） in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of colorectal lifter make the left straight colon and rectum surgery simple, safe and reliable with Laparoscopy.
