摘 要:目的探讨XE-2100血液分析仪对血小板(PLT)计数的准确性。方法选取4组患者共160例,血小板计数分别为:<20×109/L、(20~50)×109/L、(50~100)×109/L、(100~300)×109/L,每组40例。分别通过XE-2100血液分析仪电阻抗法(PLT-I法)和荧光染色激光散色法(PLT-O法)和显微镜计数PLT。结果当PLT<20×109/L时,PLT-I法与镜检法PLT计数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PLT-O法与镜检法PLT计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当PLT介于(20~50)×109/L、(50~100)×109/L、(100~300)×109/L时,PLT-I法、PLT-O法与镜检法PLT计数三者之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当PLT低于20×109/L时,XE-2100血液分析仪PLT-O法比PLT-I法更准确。Objective To investigate the accuracy of the XE-2100 hematology analyzer for platelet (PLT) count. Methods Total of 160 cases in four group, it is 40 cases in each group. And the platelet count were: 〈20 × 109/L, (20 50) × 109/L, (50 - 100) ×109/L, (100 - 300) × 109/L. Platelet count were used by the XE-2100 hematology analyzer impedance method (PLT-I) , optical fluorescent method (PLT-O) and the microscope. Results When the PLT 〈 20×10^9/ L, the PLT count difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) between XE-2100 hematology analyzer impedance method (PLT-I) and the microscope. And it was no statistically significant (P 〉 0. 05 ) between optical fluorescent method (PLT-O) and the microscope. When the range of PLT is ( 20 - 50 ) ×0^9/L, (50-100) ×10^9/L, (100-300) ×10^9/L, PLTcount difference among the three methods was not no statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion When the PLT lower than 20 × 10^9/L, the XE-2100 hematology analyzer PLT-O method is more accurate than the PLT-I method.
