隔姜灸疗法对糖尿病并周围神经病变患者血浆纤溶系统的影响及疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究糖尿病并周围神经病变患者血浆纤溶系统的变化,进一步探讨其可能发病机制;并观察隔姜灸疗法对其的疗效。方法:(1)研究对象分为正常对照组、糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)组和非糖尿病周围神经病变(NDPN)组;DPN组进一步分为3个亚组;测定血浆纤溶系统相关指标后进行比较;(2)予隔姜灸疗法治疗DPN患者并观察其疗效。结果:(1)DPN组和NDPN组与正常对照组比较PAI-1、t-PAI、D-Dimer指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)DPN组内不同纤维异常者和NDPN组比较,同时合并运动+感觉纤维异常者t-PAI、PAI-1、D-Dimer含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)隔姜灸疗法治疗DPN患者后显效和总有效率高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:(1)DPN患者血浆纤溶系统有明显变化,且以混合纤维异常者明显;提示纤溶系统变化有可能参与其致病过程。(2)隔姜灸疗法对DPN症状缓解起积极有效的作用。Objective： Research on effects of Ginger-partition moxibustion therapy on diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy and plasma fibrinolytic system. Methods： （1）Research objects are divided into 3 groups;DPN group was fur- ther divided into 3 sub groups;determination of plasma t-PA system-related indicators compare; （2）research on effects of Ginger-partition moxibustion therapy on diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy. Results：（1） DPN group PAI- 1, t-PAI, D-Dimer index difference statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. （2） After ginger-partition moxibustion therapy in treating patients with DPN , there was a significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion. （1） Plasma fibrinolytic system may be involved in the DPN pathogenic process. （2）Ginger-partition moxibustion make a effective role in treating patients with DPN.
