摘 要:目的:观察感染性疾病继发性腹泻患儿口服三联活菌和布拉氏酵母菌前、后肠道菌群、粪便pH的变化。方法:选择肠道菌群中具有代表性的细菌共6种进行培养和计数;64例感染性疾病继发性腹泻患儿随机分成两组,分别予三联活菌及布拉氏酵母菌治疗10d测定治疗前、后肠道菌群菌落计数、粪便pH值。结果:治疗后金双歧组中双歧杆菌增加,梭菌减少;布拉氏酵母菌组双歧杆菌增加,而肠球菌、肠杆菌等需氧菌及梭菌减少;两组的粪便pH值降低(P<0.05)。结论:感染性疾病继发性腹泻患儿存在肠道菌群失调,微生态制剂可有效改善腹泻患儿肠道菌群失调,并降低粪便pH值。Objective: before and after the observed infectious diseases secondary to diarrhea in children with oral triple viable and Brad's yeast, intestinal microflora, fecal pH changes. Methods: A representative of bacteria in the intestinal flora of six kinds of culture and counting; 64 cases of infectious diseases secondary to diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,respectively, to the triple viable and Brad's yeast treatment 10d before and after the determination of the treatment of intestinal flora colony count, fecal pH values. Results:After treatment Jinshuangqi group bifidobacteria increased, reducing clostridium; Brad's yeast group increased bifidobacteria, enterocoeci, Enterobaeteriaceae and other aerobic and Clostridium reduce;lower fecal pH values of the two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Diarrhea secondary to infectious diseases in children with intestinal flora, probiotics can be effective in improving diarrhea in children with intestinal flora and reduce fecal pH value.
