摘　　要：目的:探讨大鼠肝移植并发症的预防。方法:建立二袖套法大鼠肝移植模型,并对其中围手术期死亡的58例,进行原因分析。结果:短期内死亡的主要原因为腹腔内出血、血管栓塞、原发性移植肝无功能(PNF)、呼吸道并发症、弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)、吻合口狭窄或扭转、气胸;长期死亡原因主要为胆道并发症、腹水、肝膈粘连及腹腔感染。结论:在熟练操作的前提下,注意并发症的预防,将有助于移植率的提高。Objective.To investigate the prevention of rat liver transplantation complications. Methods：The two-cuff technique for rat liver transplantation model, and perioperative mortality of 58 cases, the cause analysis. Results： Lead- ing cause of death in the short term intra-abdominal hemorrhage, vascular thrombosis, primary liver graft non-function （of PNF）, respiratory complications, disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC）, anastomotic stricture, or reverse, pneumothorax; the long-term cause of death forbiliary complications, ascites, adhesions of the liver diaphragm and abdominal infection. Conclusion：Under the premise of skilled operations, pay attention to the prevention of complications, and will contribute to the improvement of the transplantation rate.
