摘　　要：药用鸡矢藤为茜草科鸡矢藤属植物鸡矢藤[Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.]的干燥全草,是传统药食同源的中草药之一。研究发现鸡矢藤具有抗炎镇痛、抗风湿、抗痛风、抗微生物作用和调节胃肠道功能等药理学活性,临床上用于各种疼痛、类风湿性关节炎和消化系统疾病等的治疗,取得了良好的疗效且未发现明显毒性作用。Paederia scandens （Lour.）Merr., also known as Jishiteng, is a plant of the Rubiaceae family, the whole plant of which is used as a medicine or food. It has been discovered that Paederia scandens （Lour.）Merr. has some pharmacological actions,such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,anti-rheumatism,curing gout,antimicrobial activity and gastrointestinal function regulation. Its medicinal preparations have good effects in treatment of pain, rheumatoid arthritis, alimentary diseases ,and so on. And no major toxic effects are discovered.
