摘　　要：目的了解梅县职业病发病情况,为职业病防治提供科学依据。方法根据职业病报告卡和职业病调查资料,对1996～2011年梅县职业病的发病情况进行回顾性分析。结果 1996～2011年15年间梅县共报告各种职业病和职业中毒56例,死亡3例,病死率为5.4%。职业病多为个案散发,特点为由较单一病种(尘肺病)向急慢性多病种并存转变,但尘肺病依然是多发病种(占71.4%),其次是有机溶剂类中毒(占21.4%),听力损伤和中暑各占3.6%。死亡病例3例,分别为急性窒息性气体中毒2例和尘肺病1例。结论做好职业危害建设项目预评价和控制效果评价,从源头上预防。加强职业危害作业环境的监测和工人健康监护,及早发现职业病和职业损害。建立完善防控体系,加强法律法规的宣传和职业卫生防护知识的培训,最大限度地降低职业病的发生,既保障地方经济健康发展,又维护工人的健康权益。Objective To understand the occupational disease incidence in Meixian and provide scientific basis for occupa- tional disease control and prevention. Methods According to occupational disease report cards and occupational disease survey data,the occupational disease incidence in Meixian from 1996 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fifty- six cases occupational disease and occupational poisoning were reported in Meixian from 1996 to 2011,3 cases died and fa- tality rate was 5：4%. occupational disease for more cases was dispersed,by a single disease characteristics（pneumoconiosis） to acute and chronic multiple diseases coexist, but pneumoeoniosis was still frequently-occurring disease（71.4%） ,followed by organic solvent poisoning （21.4%）, hearing impairment and heatstroke each accounted for 3.6%.3 cases deaths, respec- tively for 2 cases acute suffocating gas poisoning and 1 cases pneumoconiosis. Conclusion Take good for occupational haz- ards of construction project pre-evaluation and evaluation of control effect, prevent from fountainhead. Strengthen occupa- tional harm environment monitoring and workers health care, to early detect occupational disease and occupational damage. To establish and perfect the system of control and prevention, strengthen laws and regulations publicity and occupational health protection knowledge training, utmost to reduce occupational diseases, ensure healthy development of the local econ- omy, and 13rotect workers health ri^rht~
