摘　　要：目的探讨YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法 2007～2012年我院采用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗高血压脑出血的患者共40例,设为微创组,选择同时期采用内科保守治疗的高血压脑出血患者40例为对照组,比较两组临床疗效。结果微创组总有效率及预后均优于对照组,两组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthal指数比较差异有统计学意义,治疗后微创组评分高于对照组。结论 YL-1型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗高血压脑出血具有疗效好、创伤小等优点。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of YL-1 type one-time intracranial haematoma crushing needles on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, Methods Fourty cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and treated by YL-1 type one-time intracranial haematoma crushing needles from 2007 to 2012 in our hospital as mini-invasive group. Another 40 cases were selected and treated by conservative treatment as control group. Clinicai effi- cacies of two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate and prognosis of mini-invasive group were better than the control group. Fugl-Meyer and Barthal after therapy were higher than before therapy in two groups, and mini-invasive group were higher than the control group. Conclusion YL-I type one-time intracranial haematoma crushing needles in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage shows good efficacy with less injury.
