摘　　要：目的研究胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)及其受体(IGF-1R)在病理性瘢痕中的表达及其意义,探讨异常瘢痕发生的分子机制。方法收集增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩及正常皮肤标本,RT-PCR检测不同组织中IGF-1、IGF-1R表达,并进行统计学分析。结果 RT-PCR显示瘢痕疙瘩中IGF-1R明显高于正常皮肤,差异有显著性(P=0.027<0.05);IGF-1R在增生性瘢痕中表达为弱阳性,与正常皮肤相比差异无显著性(P=0.894>0.05)。增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中IGF-1明显高于瘢痕周围正常皮肤,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 IGF-1及IGF-1R在病理性瘢痕的形成过程中起重要作用。Objective We analyze the expression and singnifieant of IGF-1 and IGF-1R in pathological scar,then explor- ing the formation and mechanisms of pathological scar. Methods Selection of participants on the basis of keloid, hpertrophie scar and normal skin,which come from the surgical patients organizations. To detect the expressions of IGF-1 and iGF-1R in keloid, hypertrophic scar and normal skin ,we used specific RT-PCR kits after detection pathology. Re- suits All the removals of samples taken from the first hospital is affiliated organizations to learn science as appropriate,in accordance with the organization of the organization needed to show pathological changes. RT-PCR test showed：Compared with the normal skin,expression of IGF-IR on keloid has much more,and differences with statistical significance （P = 0.027〈0.05）,while on hypertrophic scar is more too, but has no differences with statistical significance （P = 0.894〉0.05）. Expression of IGF-1 on hypertrophic scar and keloid has more than hypertrophic scar surrounding normal skin and differ- ences with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The formation of pathological scar and its invasion to normal skin may probably be closely relevant to IGF-1R in the surface of fibrocytes,IGF-1 may be an important factor in the process formed pathological scar, which brings to new orientation for further studies in pathological scar treatments.
