三种药物联合治疗老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D、阿法骨化醇治疗老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取40例老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组,对照组服用钙尔奇D片(钙尔奇D600)、阿法骨化醇,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用鲑鱼降钙素注射液,两组均连续治疗半年,观察治疗前后的骨密度和疼痛变化。结果两组治疗后骨密度均明显上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组骨密度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组VAS评分下降程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合钙尔奇D、阿法骨化醇治疗老年类风湿关节炎伴骨质疏松症患者安全、临床疗效好,优于钙尔奇D及骨化醇治疗。Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of Salmon of calcitonin joint calcium eq D and Alfacalcidol treat- ment in Senile rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis patients. Methods Selected 40 elderly cases of rheuma- toid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis patients, randomly divided the control group taking calcium eq D piece （calci- um eq D600）and Alfacalcidol,the treatment group combined with salmon of calcitonin injection. Both groups continuous treated for half a year, observed bone mineral density and pain changes before and after treatment. Results After treatment the two groups were significantly increased bone density, compared with before treatment had a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. In treatment group was obviously higher than the control group with bone mineral density, there was statistical sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. In two groups after treatment, VAS （Visual Analogue Scale/Score）score were significantly decreased, had a significant difference（P 〈 0.05）, after treatment were observed in group VAS score decreased degree higher than that in the control group, there was statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Salmon of calcitonin joint cal- cium eq D and Alfacalcidol treatment in Senile rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis patients safety, clinical curative effect is good, better than calcium eq D and Alfacalcidol treatment.
