摘  要:运用不同浓度的多效唑处理不同羽衣甘蓝品种,测定其对羽衣甘蓝幼苗株高的影响。结果表明:多效唑喷洒基质处理的矮化效果优于幼苗子叶期叶面喷施处理,50、40 mg/L多效唑处理子叶期名古屋较好,而处理子叶期东京白以及处理基质对东京白、名古屋的矮化效果以50、20 mg/L多效唑的处理较好。从形态学方面看,50 mg/L多效唑明显地抑制了植株生长,但实际生产上应选用20 mg/L多效唑适合羽衣甘蓝幼苗的矮化,15 d后处理子叶期东京白以及处理基质对名古屋、东京白的株高缩短率分别为25.670 0%、98.430 0%、97.540 0%。Influence of different concentration paclotubrazol on the plant height of different varieties of Var. accphala Dc. was studied. It showed that the effect of media treatment was better than that of cotyledon period seedlings.It was better that 50 mg/L and 40 mg/L paclotubrazol tracted Mingguwu seedlings.Besides,50 mg/L and 20 mg/L had good efficiency.50 mg/L paclotubrazo! restrained its growth ,but 20 mg/L paclotubrazol was fit for seedling stuntedness of Var. accphala Dc. in production.Rate of shortening treated Dongjingbai in cotyledon was 25.670 0% after fifteen days. Meanwhile, the stuntedness rate of Mingguwu and Dongjingbai with media treatment were 98.430 0% and 97.540 0%, respectively.
