摘　　要：在调查研究和实地踏查基础上,对穆棱市清河项目区的自然条件、社会条件和经济条件进行分析,确定防治措施规模及投资。经过3年的实施,基本控制了项目区的水土流失,积累了工作经验,并取得一些成绩。On the basis of investigation and study,the natural condition, social condition and economic condition of Qinghe Project in Muling City were analyzed,the preventive measures and scale of investment were confirmed. After three years,soil and water loss in the project was controlled basicly, and accumulated the working experience and made some achievements.
