隧道式小切口白内障摘除术治疗白内障的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨隧道式小切口白内障摘除术治疗白内障的临床治疗效果。方法：本实验选取2011年9月至2011年12月八我院治疗的80例白内障患者为研究时象，把所有患者随机分为40例A组（小切口白内障摘除术组）和40例B组（超声乳化术组），后进行统计和观察比较两组患者术后视力恢复情况及角膜内皮细胞的变化情况。结果：两组患者术后视力均有明显改善，但恢复情况两者比较，P〉0．05，差别无显著性差异；A组患者在细胞密度、角膜内皮细胞数和六角型细胞所占比例方面优于B组，P〉0．05，两组差别有统计学意义。结论：治疗白内障时应根据患者病情的不同选用合适的手术方式，隧道式小切口白内障摘除术是治疗白内障的一种方法，能够有效控制患者术后角膜散光，既安全又有效，治疗费用低，值得在临床中推广和使用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the tunnel incision cataract surgery treatment of cataracts. Methods： This study selected 60 cases of cataract patients from September 2011 to December 2011 into our hospital for the study,all patients were randomly divided into 40 cases of group A （small incision cataract surgery group）and 40 cases of group B （phacoemulsification surgery group）statistics and the observed changes in the two groups were compared visual acuity and corneal endothelial cells. Resultt The patients visual acuity significantly improved,but to restore the situation both P〉0.05 ,the difference was not significant difference~ group A patients in the cell density,corneal endothelial cells and hexagonal cells of the proportion of B group were significantly better than group B （P〈0.05）difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclu- siont The ireatment of cataract should be based on the patient＇s condition, the appropriate choice of surgical approach, the tunnel small incision cataract surgery is a method of treatment of cataract, can effectively control the corneal astigmatism in patients with safe and effective,low cost of treatment, worth promotion and use in clinical practice.
