摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体,采用梯度乳液聚合法制备了水性丙烯酸酯乳液,并以聚磷酸铵(APP)-季戊四醇(PER)-三聚氰胺(MEL)为协同阻燃体系,以长余辉发光材料为储能发光物质,制备了一种环保水性发光防火涂料。结果表明,乳液合成配方中的不同单体配比对合成乳液的成膜性能有很大影响。mAPP:mPER:mMEL=7∶3∶4时,配制的涂料具有较好的防火阻燃性能;向防火涂料中引入长余辉发光粉后,所得产品耐酒精喷灯燃烧时间可达18min,防火等级为一级,且具有一定的光致发光功能。Using methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) as mono- mers, the aqueous acrylic ester emulsion was synthesized by adopting gradient emulsion polymerization. The environmentally-friendly water-based luminescent fire-retardant coating was prepared by using ammonium polyphosphate(APP)-pentaerythritol(PER)-melamine(MEL) as synergistic fire-retardant system and using long afterglow luminescent material as energy storage luminescent substance. The results show that the different monomers' ratios in the synthesis formulation have great effect on the film-forming properties of the synthesized emulsion; the prepared coating has excellent fire-retardant property when mApp: mCER: mMEL = 7:3:4;after the introduction of long afterglow luminescence powder, the fire-resistant time of the obtained fire-retardant coating gets to 18 min, and the product has Grade One fire-resistant property; at the same time, it has a certain photoluminescence property.
