摘　　要：在非洲地区组织影响力日益提升背景下,中非合作关系应在保持以往"国家—国家"双边合作传统优势前提下,更加重视发展与非洲地区组织间的"国家—地区"多边合作。使这两种合作关系形成良性互动格局,以双边合作支撑多边合作,以多边合作完善双边合作,从而开创新时期中非合作的新局面。With the emergence of African regional organizations,China should not only maintain traditional bilateral cooperation with different African countries,but also pay more attention to multilateral cooperation with African regional organizations.The bilateral and multilateral cooperation should be complimentary,in that bilateral cooperation will support multilateral cooperation,while the multilateral cooperation can facilitate bilateral one.
