摘 要:目的评价聚L-乳酸血管吻合套管的聚L-乳酸(PLLA)材料的生物相容性和降解性能,并进行初步的血管吻合动物实验。方法①采用模压成型方法制备PLLA血管吻合套管;②通过细胞毒性试验、全身急性和亚慢性毒性试验、溶血和凝血试验、微核试验以及体内植入试验,综合评价PLIA材料的生物相容性;③通过PLIA材料体内外降解试验评价材料的降解性能;④应用PLLA血管吻合套管进行血管吻合动物实验。结果制备套管的PLLA材料无细胞毒性,对实验动物无急性和亚慢性毒性,不引起溶血和凝血,无致突变作用,组织相容性良好;PLLA材料体内外均可有效降解;应用该血管吻合套管进行大鼠下腔静脉吻合简便快速,通畅率高,并能防止吻合口狭窄。结论 PLLA血管吻合套管具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,有可能成为一种新型血管吻合装置。[ Objective ] To evaluate the biocompatibility and degradability of poly(L-lactic acid), and perform the preliminary vascular anastomotic experiments with PLLA vascular anastomotic cuffs. [Methods] PLLA vascular anastomotic cuffs were prepared by molding. The bioeompatibility of PLLA was evaluated by cytoxicity test, acute and subchronie systemic toxicity test, hemolysis test, hemopexis test, micronucleus test and implantation test; The degradability was studied by degradable tests both in vitro and in vivo; Vascular anastomotic experiments were per- formed on rats with PLLA cuffs. [ Results ] PLLA had no cytoxicity, no acute and subchronic systemic toxicity to an- imals, no mutagenic action; It didn't cause hemolysis and hemopexis; its histocompatibility was good. PLLA was a degradable biomaterial in vitro and in vivo. The intrahepatic venae cava of rats were quickly anastomosed with PLLA cuffs. The patency rate of anastomotic stoma was high. [ Conclusions ] PLLA has good biocompatibility and degrad- ability, PLLA cuff may be a new reliable vascular anastomotic device.
