摘  要:碳化硅具有优异的磨削性能,但其研磨液悬浮性一直未得到改善。选用β-SiC微粉,通过沉降实验和显微观察,研究了增稠剂黏土和羧甲基纤维素钠,分散剂四甲基氢氧化钠和聚乙二醇,以及pH值对研磨液悬浮性的影响。结果表明:加入增稠剂可明显提高研磨液的悬浮性,增稠剂和分散剂添加的顺序不同则对悬浮液性能影响不同。在黏土质量分数为3%,羧甲基纤维素钠质量分数为0.3%,pH=8时研磨液零沉降,悬浮性最好。Silicon carbide has excellent grinding property, but the problems of slurry suspension have not been resolved yet. Using β-SiC micropowder, the effects of thickeners, i. e. , clay and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, dispersants, i. e. , four methyl sodium hydroxide and polyethylene glycol, and the effect of pH value on the suspension stability for β-SiC lapping slurry were investigated by means of sedimentation test and microscopic observation. The results showed that thickeners could obviously improve the suspensibility of the lapping slurry, and the different addition sequences of thickeners and dispersants had different influence on the performance of lapping slurry. Suspension of the lapping slurry achieved the best when the mass fraction of clay was 3 % and the mass fraction of CMC was 0.3 % , and pH value was 8.
