摘　　要：分析转型期社会阶级阶层结构变化对于党外知识分子工作的影响,以及党外知识分子工作与这种变化之间的适应过程,有利于党外知识分子在维护阶层关系和谐中发挥出应有的作用。分析的落脚点则是创新党外知识分子工作,维护阶级阶层关系及整个社会和谐。When we analyze the effect of structural changes tellectuals and the progress of our non - party intellectuals intellectuals play their due roles in maintaining harmonious in social classes and strata on our work with non - party in- work to adapt to such changes, it will help the non -party relations between different classes and strata. And the ob- jective of such analysis is to innovate in non - party intellectuals work, maintain harmonious relations between different classes and strata and achieve harmony of the whole society.
