摘 要:虚拟装配技术与化工仿真相结合,提出了自主装配化工流程的普遍性方法,实现了化工流程的动态搭建。针对装配过程中设备类的构造、设备的装配等各个环节,制定统一的标准构造虚拟设备类,提出统一的方法加载、装配虚拟设备类,解决了装配过程中设备装配点信息的获取、信息的识别,以及装配成功后设备位置的修正、信息的管理等问题。最后以精馏实验作为测试对象进行验证,结果证明装配方法可行,真实性、准确性和有效性都满足了自主装配化工流程的需求。Based on the limitations of current chemical simulation, the paper brought virtual assembly technology into the chemical technical field, and a universal method was proposed to describe the assembly of the virtual chemi- cal process and realize the dynamic construction. Establishing uniform standard to construct virtual equipments, pro- posing uniform method to load and assemble virtual equipments and solving the problems of how to get and recognize the information of assembly joints, and the position correction and assembly information management on the basis of each link during assembly process. An instance of the virtual assembly of distillation experiment process was tested and the result shows that the assembly method works well in operation efficiency, and its validity, accuracy and reality can effectively meet the needs of autonomic assembling the chemical process.
