摘　　要：航空安全信息系统是机场实施安全运行、风险控制、安全绩效监控、安全管理决策的基础。阐述系统提出的背景及意义,分析国内外当前研究现状,详细论述系统的信息来源及分类,以及系统的整个处理流程,最后提出系统的架构及主要功能设计。系统的建设将有助于提高机场安全管理的科学性和系统性,健全以安全信息为驱动、风险管理为核心的安全管理长效机制,持续提高机场安全管控水平。Aviation safety information system is the foundation of implementing safety operation, risk control, safety performance monitor, and safety management decision for the airport. The paper expounds the background and significance of introducing the System, analyzes the present research situation at home and abroad i discusses in detail the system＇s information sources and how to classify them, along with its en- tire processing flow, finally puts forward the system＇s, architecture and its primary function design. The system construction is helpful to impro- ving the scientificity and systematieity of airport safety management, perfecting the long effect mechanism driven by safety information and centering＂ risk management, continually increasing airport safety management and control proficiency.
