摘  要:目的研究评估特勤人员的社会适应能力。方法对2010-01—2011-05来我院疗养的600名特勤疗养员进行《特勤人员社会适应能力评定量表》和《中医体质辨识问卷调查表》评定,探讨特勤人员的社会适应能力。结果特勤人员社会适应能力总体是好的,适应度好占57.7%,良好占29.5%,一般占9.2%,差占3.7%。飞行人员社会适应能力总体优于海勤人员。飞行员社会适应度好占飞行员总数的65.0%,差占1.0%,而海勤人员社会适应度好占海勤人员总数的50.3%,差占6.3%。结论特勤人员社会适应能力好,具有远大的理想,坚强的信念,顽强的意志,完善的人格,健康的体魄,过硬的技术,融洽的关系,情绪稳定,反应速度快,耐受性强,能够适应我军现代化、信息化建设和保打赢的需要。Objective To study and evaluate the social adaption of the special-duty staff. Methods The 600 special-duty convalescents coming to our sanatorium from January, 2005 to May, 2011 were assessed according to special-duty staff social adaption rating scale and a questionaire on traditional Chinese medical physique to discuss the social adaption of special-duty staff.Results Generally speaking the social adaption of the special-duty staff is good, among which 57.7% is excellent, 29.5% is good, 9.2% is ordinary, and 3.7% is bad. The social adaption of flying personnel is generally better than that of the seamen.The flying personnel with excellent social fitness account for 65% of all flying personnel,and only 1% has poor social fitness.Among the seamen,50.3% of them have excellent social fitness,and 6.3 % have bad social fitness.Conclusion The social adaption of the special-duty staff is good.They have great goals, finn beliefs, and strong will, full personality, healthy physique, superhard skill, harmonious relation, emotional stability, quick reaction speed, and strong tolerance.In a word, they can meet the need of the army's modernization, informationalization and victory.
