摘 要:目的研究航空心理训练对疗养期间飞行员心理健康的影响。方法采用飞行员心理健康量表(mental health inventory of Chinese pilot,MHI)对飞行员进行训练前与训练后测量。并使用智能身心反馈训练系统对飞行员进行生物反馈训练。结果疗养后对照组只有紧张性因子及心理健康总分显著低于疗养前(P<0.05);而训练组在自信性、过度自我关心、焦虑性、乐观性、紧张性因子及心理健康总分得分均显著低于疗养前和对照组同期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。情绪稳定性和敏感性因子得分均显著高于疗养前和对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论运用智能身心反馈训练系统进行生物反馈放松训练对调节飞行员心理健康状况起到较好的训练效果。Objective To study the influence of the aero-psychological training on the mental health of pilots during their convalescence.Methods Using the Mental Heath Inventory of Chinese pilot (MHI)for the military pilots to compare the training results before and after.And the intelligent mind-body feedback training system was used for biofeedback training for the pilots.Results After convalescence, tonic factors and total score of mental health of the control group are remarkably lower than those before convalescence(P〈0.05), while the training group are remarkably lower than before convalescence and than the control group during the corresponding period on the factors of self-confidence, excessive self-concern, anxiety, optimism, tonic factors and total score of mental health(P~ 0.05, P~ 0.01 ).Emotion stability and sensitive factors score are strikingly higher than those before convalescence and than the control group during the corresponding period (P〈0.05).Conclusion Using the intelligent mind-body feedback training system to conduct biofeedback relaxation training can achieve a preferable training effect on regulating the mental health state of pilots.
