摘　　要：目的探讨2006—2010年国内疗养模式研究的创新性进展。方法对国内疗养康复机构的创新管理进行分类研究,分别从自然因子、人文理念、程序化、疗治结合、健康管理5种导向进行探索式分析。结果 5种导向各有特色,尤其是健康管理的疗养模式更具实效。结论国内疗养模式研究将着眼于更深层面的健康管理,为疗养院自身发展提供理论支持。Objective To explore the innovative development of the study of domestic rehabilitation pattern during 2006—2010.Methods The innovative management of domestic rehabilitation agencies was classified and studied,which was analyzed from the following five orientations of natural factors,humanistic idea,routinization,rehabilitation with treatment and health management.Results Each of the five orientations has its distinguishing features,among which the health management pattern has more actual effects.Conclusion The study of domestic rehabilitation pattern should focus on profound health management so as to provide the development of sanatorium with theoretic support.
