摘　　要：航空医学鉴定训练工作事关飞行人员的飞行安全和部队战斗力的生成。本文分析了目前飞行人员在入院、体检鉴定、训练、出院阶段各环节中存在的问题,并提出建议,希望建立信息反馈系统,保证部队在院时间及航医、体参随队保障,并对航医中心在体检时间安排、人才建设和购票保障方面进行了探讨。Aeromedicine evaluation training concerns the flight safety of the flying personnel and fighting capacity of the army.This paper analyzes the problems with the flying personnel in the stage of admission,medical examination,training and discharging from hospital,suggests establishing information feedback system to ensure the time of hospitalization,doctor and physical exercise advisor accompanying,and probes into the time arrangement of medical examination,personnel construction and ticket-booking insurance.
