摘  要:总结了特大型天然气净化装置利用液力透平回收富胺液进入再生塔前释放的巨大静压能的技术特点:只有液力透平转速高于电动机转速时,超速离合器才能啮合实现能量回收。针对该技术存在的能量传递效率低和液力透平驱动受工艺波动影响较大、外输功率不稳定的缺点,从仪表控制方式和工艺设计角度对液力透平进行了优化:增设了2条不同尺寸的透平跨线和配套的复杂控制回路,并将一级主吸收塔底出口的DN500mm管线设置为3路。应用结果表明,此举避免了工艺波动,稳定了液力透平输出功率,自2009年10月第一套液力透平机组投入运行至今,液力透平一直运行平稳,从未出现超速离合器频繁啮合和脱开现象。最后结合现场实际运行经验,提出了液力透平单机试车及联动试车操作步骤及注意事项,为该项技术在特大型天然气净化厂装置的推广应用提供了技术支持。In the extremely large natural gas purification plant of the Puguang Gas Field,the rich amine will release huge static energy before entering the regeneration tower.Only if the rotating speed of the power recovery turbine(PRT) is higher than that of the electric motor,the released power can be recovered by the meshing of the overrunning clutch.However,many technical problems have not been solved yet,such as low energy transfer efficiency,a huge impact on the PRT drive,and unstable output power.Thus,the PRT technology is optimized in terms of meter control modes and process design.First,two turbine cross lines with different sizes are added as well as the matching complex control circuit.Three routes are set up for the DN500 mm line at the bottom exit of the one-level dominant adsorption tower.Application results show that the above optimization can not only avoid the process variations but maintain the steadiness of the PRT output power.Since put into production in October 2009,this first optimized PRT set in this plant has been under steady operation,and no such accidents as frequent meshing or disengagement ever occurred before.In the end,combining the actual field experience,this paper puts forward the operating procedures and points for attention in the initial operation of equipment and the linkage trial run,providing robust support for the wide application of this optimized technology in extremely large natural gas purification plants.
