摘  要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司钻井投资占天然气勘探开发总投资的70%左右,其中人工费和材料费占天然气钻井总投资的60%以上。2000年以来钻井人工、材料价格平均增幅超过80%,部分钻井成本增幅超过1倍。为此,采用理论计算和因素分析法,根据该公司典型井设计参数、天然气井计价标准建立了天然气钻井周期、套管材料消耗量等5个计算模型,以及人工、材料价格变化对钻井投资的影响程度和投资估算指标等3个计算模型。计算结果显示,该公司"十一五"期间柴油价格上升60%导致天然气钻井投资增加6%。最后提出了优化工程设计、鼓励总承包机制、物资采购招标等3项控制天然气钻井投资措施,为合理确定和有效控制钻井投资提供了依据。The drilling cost accounts for about 70% of the total exploration and development investment in PetroChina,and the labor and material costs occupy over 60% of the total drilling cost.Since 2000,such labor and material costs have been increased on average by more than 80%,and the partial drilling cost has even been increased by over 100%.In view of this,by means of theoretical calculation and factor analysis method,in accordance with design parameters of classic wells and criteria for gas well cost,five mathematical models are established for gas drilling cycle,casing material consumption,etc.,and three calculation models are built for the investment estimation index and influence degree of labor and material costs on the total drilling investment.From the calculation results,the diesel price increased by 60% resulted in the soaring cost in natural gas drilling improved by 6% during the 11th Five-Year Plan of PetroChina.In the end,the following countermeasures are presented to control the drilling cost: to optimize the engineering cost,to stimulate the Engineering Project Contracting(EPC),and to implement bidding procurement.These proposals will provide reference for reasonably determining and effectively controlling the drilling cost.
