摘　　要：主要从人类对信息传播产业的期望,媒介产业和传播产业的融合发展趋势入手,对广电有线电视网络事业发展进行了简单SWOT分析,从而推导网络企业的核心竞争力和演变方向,并论述了在三网融合中如何建立、完善以及评估有线电视网络的核心竞争力的几个关键要素。The development of radio and television cable networks in information industry expectations is analyzed,with the media industry and communication industry integration development trend proceed. The cause of the development of a simple SWOT analysis, derives the core competition ability of the enterprise and development direction, it discusses how to build and, perfect the assessment of cable TV network core competitive ability.
