摘 要:悬臂刨床结构和受力情况较为复杂,在自重、切削力和夹紧力等的作用下,主要结构件除发生自身变形外,还会引起接触变形,从而影响加工精度。鉴于其支撑框架为开式结构,因此要求立柱必须具有足够的刚度。以某公司生产的某型号悬臂刨床为研究对象,将有限元方法引入到结构改进中,运用SolidWorks软件建立研究对象三维模型,之后导入ABAQUS有限元分析软件对现有结构进行静力分析和模态分析,发现薄弱环节,在此基础上进行结构改进,从而有效提升整机性能。The structure and force of the cantilever planer are complexity. The machining accuracy is affected by the deformation itself and the contact deformation between the parts which is caused by the action of load. Sufficient stiffness of the column is re- quired because of the open support framework structure. A certain type of cantilever planer produced by a company is considered as the research object. The finite element method is introduced to the structural design. SolidWorks is used to establish the three dimensional model of objects and then ABAQUS is used to execute static analysis and modal analysis of existing structure so that weaknesses can be found, product improvement can be carried out based on the analysis result and the performance can be im- proved effectively.
