摘 要:随着强度的提高,高强度钢板塑性变差、成形难度增加。对典型高强度钢板,如DP钢、TRIP钢和BH钢等在汽车上的应用情况进行介绍,并对高强度钢板冲压生产时成形性差、回弹严重,以及冲模受力恶劣等常见问题进行了分析,最后对高强度钢板冲压成形性能研究现状和回弹影响因素进行了总结。结果表明,高强度钢板成形性随材料、模具和工艺参数变化而波动,所以须综合研究三者的影响规律,从而提高高强度钢板的成形性能。The plasticity and formability of High Strength Steel (HSS) decrease with increasing in the strength. The applications of typical high strength steels, such as DP steel, TRIP steel and BH steel in the automobile were introduced, and the problems occurred easily in the stamping process, such as the bad formability,large sprlnghack and excessive stress condition of die were analyzed. The research status of stamping forming properties and the influencing factors of springhack of HSS were also summarized. The result shows that the forming properties of high strength steel fluctuate with the change of the materials, dies, and processing parameters, the forming rules must be concluded through the comprehensive study on the above-mentioned three factors, so as to increase the forming properties of HSS.
