健胃清肠合剂急性毒性试验

摘　　要：目的:研究健胃清肠合剂的急性毒性试验,观察小鼠的毒性反应,为临床安全用药提供实验依据。方法:采用灌胃法给药,观察14天内小鼠的活动及死亡情况,用寇氏(krber)法测定健胃清肠合剂对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)及可信限。结果:小鼠灌胃健胃清肠合剂的LD50为13.95 g/kg>500 mg/kg,LD50的95%CI=(13.41～14.49)g/kg。结论:健胃清肠合剂毒性极低,属低毒范围,但安全范围小,对呼吸系统有一定毒性反应,对消化系统有一定影响。Objective： To study the acute toxicity testing of misture tbr invigorating stomach and promoting bower movements, observe the toxic reaction of the mice, and provide experimental basis for clinical safety of drugs. Methods： With gavage administration the activities of mice and their mortality were observed within 14 days. Then LDs0 and the confidence limits were determined with Kou~ （krber） Determination for the misture. Results： LDso of mice was 13.95 g / kg for misture for invigorating stomach and promoting bower movements which was higher than 500mg/kg, and LDs0 of 95% CI = （13.41-14. 49） g / kg. Conclusion： The toxicity of misture for invigorating stomach and promoting bower movements is very low, and belongs to low toxicity range. But the safety margin is narrow, because it has some toxicity on the respiratory system, and a certain influence on the digestive system.
