中西医结合治疗高血压性心脏病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地菊平肝胶囊对高血压性心脏病心肌重构的影响。方法:选取确诊的高血压性心脏病患者60例,随机分为两组,分别纳入地菊平肝胶囊治疗组30例(地菊平肝胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;拜新同30 mg,每日1次口服);卡托普利对照组30例(卡托普利片25 mg,每次1粒,每日3次;拜新同30 mg,每日1次口服)。24周为1疗程,观察治疗前后左室功能(LVEF)值、左室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)、左室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)和综合疗效。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组显效8例,有效17例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%;对照组显效3例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率为60.0%。治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在LVEF、LVESVI、LVEDVI方面较对照组均有好转,统计分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:地菊平肝胶囊联合拜新同对高血压性心脏病心肌重构有治疗作用。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Capsule of Di-ju Ping-gan on cardiac muscle reconstitu- tion in hypertensive heart disease. Methods ：60 cases whose definite diagnosis was hypertensive heart disease were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule of Di-ju Ping-gan（3 cap- sules each time and 3 times a day） and nifedipine （30 mg each time and once a day）, and the other 30 ones in con- trol group were treated with captopril （25 mg each time and 3 times a day）and nifedipine （30 mg each time and once a day）. One treatment course included 24 weeks. Then left ventricular function （LVFF）, left ventricular end- systolic volume index （LVESVI）and left ventricular end-diastolic volume index （LVEDVI）were observed and recor- ded before and after treatment, and so were the therapeutic effects. Resuhs：In treatment group 8 cases were excel- lent, 17 ones effective,5 ones ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 83.3%. In control group 3 cases were ex- cellent, 15 ones effective, 12 ones ineffective, and the total effective rate was 60.0%. Treatment group was better than control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion ： Capsule of Di-ju Ping- gan combined with nifedipine has good effect on cardiac muscle reconstitution in hypertensive heart disease.
