中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥丸联合尼尔雌醇片治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将61例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例给予逍遥丸,每次9 g,每日2次,尼尔雌醇片4 mg,每2周1次口服;对照组予尼尔雌醇片4 mg,每2周1次口服。两组均给药8周观察治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)水平和临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果:治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率80.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后E2水平均明显上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组治疗后FSH、LH水平均有不同程度下降,但治疗组FSH水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间相比较,治疗组E2水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),FSH、LH比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应例数少于对照组。结论:逍遥丸联合尼尔雌醇片治疗围绝经期综合征可以改变患者雌激素水平,从而改善患者临床症状,疗效优于单纯使用尼尔雌醇片替代疗法,且症状改善快,疗效稳定,还能明显降低雌激素替代疗法所引起的不良反应。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Pill of Xiao-yao combined with nilestriol on perimeno- pausal syndrome. Methods： 61 cases with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. Treat- ment group was treated with Pill of Xiao-yao, 9g each time and 2 times a day, combined with nilestriol, 4mg each time and once every 2 weeks. Control group was treated with only nilestriol, 4mg each time and once every 2 weeks. After 8 weeks E2, FSH, LH, curative effect and side effect were observed and analyzed before and after treatment. Results： The curative effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group, and 80.6% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. E2 was increased in the two groups after treatment, and the differences were significant between before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment FSH and LH were decreased to different extent in the two groups, but FSH in treatment group showed significant difference between before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment E2 showed significant differ- ence between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, but FSH and LH didnt （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The side effect was fewer in treat- ment group than in control group. Conclusion： Pill of Xiao-yao combined with nilestriol on perimenopausal syn- drome can change the estrogen level so as to improve the patients＇clinical symptoms. The effect is better than that of only nilestriol, as well as decrease the side effects caused by estrogen replacement therapy.
