复合式造大鼠脾肾阳虚模型

摘　　要：目的:建立大鼠脾肾阳虚复合式造模方法。方法:采用甲状腺抑制剂丙基硫氧嘧啶(PTU)灌胃和饮食不节及运动疲劳等传统病因方法联合造脾肾阳虚模型。结果:造模大鼠表现与脾肾阳虚证的临床表现相符。结论:PTU灌胃和饮食不节及运动疲劳等传统病因方法联合造大鼠脾肾阳虚模型的方法是可行的。Objective To set up a compound method of making up model of yang-deficiency of spleen and kid- ney. Methods The model was made up with feeding thyroid inhibitor propylthiouracil （PTU） by gavage combined with conventional cause of disease methods such as improper diet and exercise fatigue. Results The clinical mani- festation of the model had the same characteristics as syndrome of yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney. Conclu- sion It is feasible that the compound method is feeding thyroid inhibitor propylthiouracil （PTU） by gavage com- bined with conventional cause of disease methods such as improper diet and exercise fatigue.
