羌银解热汤对流感患者T细胞水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】通过观察中药羌银解热汤对临床拟诊流行性感冒(简称流感)患者外周血T细胞亚群水平的影响,探讨该中药组方抗流感病毒的机制。【方法】选择急诊临床拟诊为流感的患者91例,参照随机数字表随机分为羌银解热汤组46例和日夜百服咛组45例,观察2组患者的临床疗效,检测并比较2组患者治疗前后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平。【结果】(1)羌银解热汤组的痊愈率和总有效率分别为30.43%和82.61%,日夜百服咛组分别为13.33%和62.22%,羌银解热汤组的痊愈率、总有效率和总疗效均优于日夜百服咛组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05)。治疗后2组比较,羌银解热汤组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平显著高于日夜百服咛组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】羌银解热汤对临床拟诊流感患者有显著疗效,作用机理可能与其能有效提高流感患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平,增强机体免疫力有关。subgroup influenza ： Objective To observe the influence of Qiang Yin levels in influenza patients, and to explore its patients admitted in the emergency department Heat-clearing Decoction on peripheral T lymphocyte anti-influenza virus mechanism. Methods Ninety-one of Zhongshan Municipal Hospital were randomized intotreatment group （N = 46） and control group （N = 45 ）. The treatment group was given Qiang Yin Heat-clearing Decoction orally and the control group was given Bufferin Cold orally. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment, and the peripheral CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ , CD8^＋ T lymphocyte levels were detected before and after treatment. Results （ 1 ） The cure rate and total effective rate were 30.43 % and 82.61% in the treatment group, and were 13.33% and 62.22% in the control group, respectively. The cure rate, total effective rate and total therapeutic effect in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. （ 2 ） After treatment, the peripheral CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ , CD8^＋ T lymphocyte levels were increased in the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 compared with those before treatment）, and the levels were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qiang Yin Heat-clearing Decoction exerts certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of influenza, and its possible anti-influenza virus mechanism is related with the increase of peripheral CD3 ^＋, CD4 ^＋, CD8^＋ T lymphocyte levels and with the enhancement of immunity.
