加味桃红四物汤联合凯时治疗糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察加味桃红四物汤联合凯时(脂化前列腺素E1)治疗糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍的疗效。【方法】采用随机数字表法将66例勃起功能障碍(ED)的糖尿病患者随机分为凯时组30例和凯时+中药组36例。全部患者均予糖尿病教育,饮食控制,口服降糖药和(或)胰岛素控制血糖,凯时组仅给予阴茎海绵体注射治疗,凯时+中药组在凯时组基础上同时服用加味桃红四物汤(桃红四物汤加生黄芪、刺五加)治疗,治疗前后根据国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)由患者进行自我评分。【结果】治疗后2组的IIEF-5量表评分均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且凯时+中药组对IIEF-5量表评分的改善作用显著优于凯时组,治疗后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】凯时治疗糖尿病患者ED具有良好效果,加味桃红四物汤与凯时具有协同作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Tao Hong Siwu Decoction combined with lipo- prostaglandin E1 (Lipo-PGE1) for diabetes mellitus patients with erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods Sixty-six diabetes mellitus patients with ED were divided into control group (N = 30 ) and treatment group (N = 36 ) according to the random number table. The two groups were given diabetic health care training, dietary control, oral use of drugs for lowering blood glucose and (or) insulin, and injection of Lipo-PGE1 into cavernous body of penis. Meanwhile, the treatment group was also given oral use of modified Tao Hong Siwu Decoction (Hong Siwu Decoction with raw Radix Astragali and Radix Aeanthopanacis Senticosi added). The patients evaluated the erectile function by themselves according to five-item version of international indexes for erectile function (IIEF-5). Results The scores of IIEF-5 were improved in both groups after treatment, and the differences were significant compared with those before treatment (P 〈 0. 01 ). The improvement of IIEF-5 scores in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Lipo-PGE1 exerts satisfactory effect for the treatment of diabetic ED, and modified Tao Hong Siwu Decoction has synergistic action with Lipo-PGE1.
