中医治未病保健干预对3～6岁儿童生长发育的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察中医治未病保健干预对3～6岁儿童生长发育的影响。【方法】选取300例3～6岁儿童,随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、药膳组、耳穴组、穴位点按组、综合保健组(药膳+耳穴+穴位点按),每组各60例。空白对照组仅给予常规现代医学保健(包括合理膳食、心理行为教育、口腔保健和常见疾病防治等),其他各保健干预组在常规现代医学保健的基础上,分别应用药膳疗法、耳穴压豆、穴位点按、综合保健(药膳+耳穴+穴位点按)法进行保健干预6个月,观察不同保健干预方法对3～6岁儿童生长发育的影响。【结果】药膳组、耳穴组、穴位点按组、综合保健组在保健6个月时和保健结束后6个月时,身高、体质量增长情况均优于空白对照组(P﹤0.05),疾病发生人数均少于空白对照组(P﹤0.05);且综合保健组的疗效优于其他3组(P﹤0.05)。【结论】中医治未病保健干预可以促进3～6岁儿童生长发育,提高儿童体质。Objective To investigate disease on growth and development of the effect of health care based on the theory of preventive treatment before children aged 3-6 years. Methods Three hundred children aged 3-6 years were equally randomized into 5 groups, blank control group, medicinal diet group, ear acupoint group （ application of magnetic bean on ear acupoint and giving regular press）, Zusanli point group （ acupressure on Zusanli point） and combination group （treated with medicinal diet, press on ear acupoint and acupressure on Zusanli point）. All of the five groups were given routine modern medical health care, and the other 4 groups except blank control group were given specific treatment according to the experimental design. The treatment covered 6 months, and the effect was evaluated after treatment. Results Compared with the blank control group, the four treatment groups had an increase of body height and weight, and had low incidence of illness （P 〈 0.05） at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment. The effect was the best in the combination group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health care based on the theory of preventive treatment before disease has an effect on promoting growth and development of children aged 3-6 years, and improves children＇s body constitution.
