摘　　要：目的:探讨腧穴自血疗法对慢性荨麻疹患者外周血白三烯B4(LTB4)和前列腺素D2(PGD2)的影响。方法:采用ELISA法检测腧穴自血疗法患者治疗前后LTB4和PGD2血清水平。结果:慢性荨麻疹患者外周血LTB4治疗前(15.6440±5.6991)pg/ml,治疗后(12.5311±3.0893)pg/ml,PGD2治疗前(18.0360±5.4801)pg/ml,治疗后(13.9250±4.6021)pg/ml,两者治疗前后均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),经过腧穴自血疗法治疗LTB4和PGD2水平下降(P<0.05)。结论:腧穴自血疗法可以通过降低PGD2和LTB4水平起作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Acupuncture Point Autohemotherapy on the serum levels of PGD2 and LTB4 in the patients with chronic urticaria.Method：Serum levels of PGD2 and LTB4 before and after treatment were measured by ELISA.Result：The levels of PGD2 and LTB4 in the patients with chronic urticaria were signifi-cantly higher than those of control group（P0.05）.Aftertreatment,the level of LTB4 was significantly decreased than that of control subjects（P0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of PGD2 between the study group and the control group,but the difference was significant after the treatment.Conclusion：The role of Acupuncture Point Autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria is through decreasing the level of PGD2 and LTB4.
