摘　　要：目的:探讨肝癌切除术的术中护理及配合要点,降低术中并发症,提高手术成功率。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2006年10月-2011年9月间实施的154例肝癌切除手术,对术中护理及手术配合进行分析。结果:154例手术均顺利完成。肝门阻断时间15～58min,平均(28±11)min,无术中大出血或死亡病例,术后患者均顺利返回病房。结论:充分的术前准备、完美的术中配合是手术得以顺利进行的保证。Objective：To explore the nursing cooperation in hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma,in case to reduce intra-operative complication,and improve the successful of operation.Method：A retrospective analysis of 154 cases of liver cancer was designed,all of which were operated during October,2006 and September,2011 in our hospital.Result：154 patients were completed successfully.Portal triad clamping time was 15-58 min,no intra-operative bleeding or deaths.Postoperative patients were successfully returned to the ward.Conclusion：It was the sufficient preoperative preparation and perfect cooperation during hepatectomy that made the operation successful.
