中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛47例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：摘要：目的：探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将我院2009^-2011年间收治的94例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分治疗组和对照组，每组各47例，对照组患者采用常规西医治疗，治疗组患者在此基础上加用中医治疗，观察两组患者·临床疗效。结果：治疗4周后，治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95．7％，显著高于对照组的83．O％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效确切，且药物毒副作用小，值得临床进一步推广使用。Abstract..Objeetive：To explore the clinical curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in coronary heart disease with angina peetoris. Methods：94 eases of coronary heart disease with angina peetoris in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 eases in each group,patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy, on the basis patients in the treatment group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,observed clinical curative effect of two groups. Result：After 4 weeks treatment,the patients in the treatment group total effective rate was 95.7% ,significantly higher than that of control group 83~, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈O. 05） ,there were no serious adverse reaction in two groups during treatment. Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in coronary heart disease with angina peetoris has clinical curative effect,and little medicine toxic side effect,it is worthy of further clinical usinR.
