温和灸促进肛瘘术后组织修复作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察温和灸防治肛瘘术后并发症,促进创面组织修复的临床疗效。方法将90例肛瘘患者随机分为3组,每组30例。温和灸治疗组和微波组,熏洗后分别予以温和灸和微波照射创面局部以及长强穴30min,常规换药;对照组,熏洗后常规换药。观察术后创面愈合率、愈合时间以及术后疼痛、水肿等并发症情况。结果与微波组及对照组比较,温和灸组创面愈合率明显提高(P<0.01),愈合时间缩短(P<0.01)。3组术后疼痛评分比较,温和灸治疗组优于微波组和对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3组水肿评分比较,温和灸组和微波组均优于对照组(P<0.01),而温和灸组与微波组无差异(P>0.05)。结论温和灸在减轻术后并发症,促进创面愈合方面疗效较好。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of mild-warm moxibustion on preventing and treating anal fistula postoperative complications, and on promoting wound repair. METHODS 90 anal fistula patients were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 ones in each group. The mild-warm moxibustion group： after fumigation-washing, mild-warm moxibustion was used on the wound surface and at Changqiang acupoint for 30 minutes; the microwave group： after fumigation-washing, the wound surface and Changqiang Acupoint were exposed to microwave irradiation for 30 minutes. Routine dressing change was applied in both groups, and the same with the control group after fumigation-washing. Postoperative healing rate, time, and whether having complications like pain and edema were to be observed. RESULTS Compared with the microwave group and the control group, the wound surface healing rate were improved remarkably （P〈0.01）and the healing time was shortened （P 〈0.01）. In terms of the postoperative pain, the mild-warm moxibustion group, among the 3 groups, was scored higher than the other 2 groups. （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. In terms of edema, the mild-warm moxibustion group and the microwave group got the same scores, （P〉0.05）, both higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Mild-warm moxibustion is effective on relieving＇postoperative complications and promoting wound repair.
