摘　　要：本试验利用性控冻精对供体牛进行人工授精,并通过促黄体素(LH)和促排卵3号增强供体牛的排卵反应,以提高供体牛的可用胚胎数。结果表明胚胎移植超排配种时肌注促黄体素或促排3号能有效保证可用胚的数量。The present experiment worked producted on the sexing controlled embryo produced by artificial insemination （AI） of donor cow with sex-sorted semen, and through the luteinizing hormone （LH） and LHRH3 enhancement on donor cows in response to ovulation, in order to increase the number of transferable embryos from donor cows. The results showed that embryo transfer superovulation during breeding of intramuscular injection of LH or LHRH3, can effectivelv guarantee the number of transferable embryos.
