摘　　要：目的建立大鼠腹膜间皮细胞的体外培养方法。方法用0.25%胰酶-0.016%EDTA消化大鼠腹膜组织,用免疫组化鉴定细胞。结果免疫组化细胞角蛋白和波形蛋白染色均为阳性,2种染色胞浆均呈棕色;第Ⅷ因子相关抗原及白细胞CD45抗原染色均为阴性。确定了所培养的细胞为RPMCs。结论大鼠腹膜间皮细胞培养成功,该方法可为进一步研究腹腔粘连的防治提供实验基础。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for culturing the peritoneal mesothelium cells. METHODS 0. 25% pancreatic enzyme-0. 016 % EDTA was performed to digest the peritoneal organization of rat, immunohistochemical was used to identify the cells. RESULTS Immunohistochemical cells keratin and waveform protein dyeing are all positive, two kinds of dyeing cytoplasm are brown. The first Ⅷ factors related antigen and white blood cells CD45 antigen dyeing were all negative. And the cultured cells were identified as RPMCs. CONCLUSION Peritoneal mesothelium ceils in rats are cultured successful, and this method can be used for further research about the prevention and control of the celiac adhesion and provide the experimental basis.
