摘  要:目的研究电针、重复经颅磁刺激对PTSD样模型大鼠的焦虑行为及HPA轴的影响,并比较2种治疗方法的差异。方法采用SPS(Single prolonged stress)方法建立PTSD样焦虑动物模型,运用电针、重复经颅磁刺激分别进行治疗,采用高架十字迷宫测试动物情绪反应,运用ELISA法检测血清皮质酮。结果与模型组相比,模针组和模磁组的OT%值、OE%值均有显著增加,电针和重复经颅磁刺激2者比较未现差异;模针组、模磁组均可降低血清皮质酮水平,且模针组降低更显著。结论电针、重复经颅磁刺激2种治疗方法均有减轻模型大鼠的焦虑情绪的作用,且电针降低HPA轴活性作用更明显。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture (EA) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on anxiety emotions and HPA axis in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)-like rat model following SPS stress. METHODS PTSD-like anxiety rats model were established and they were treated by EA and rTMS. The rats' emotional reactions were evaluated by elevated plus-maze (EPM). Serum corticosterone was detected by ELISA method. RESULTS Compared with model group, the values of OT% and OE% obviously increased and no difference existed between EA and rTMS in acupuncture group and magnet group; the level of serum corticosterone decreased in both acupuncture group and magnet group, and more obvious in the former group. CONCLUSION Emotional reaction can be reduced by both EA and rTMS and EA showed more dominance in the decline of HPA axis.
