急支平喘软胶囊的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究急支平喘软胶囊的解热、抗炎、抗病毒作用。方法应用干酵母致大鼠发热模型、内毒素致家兔发热模型,观察急支平喘软胶囊的解热作用;用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀模型,观察其抗炎作用;采用FM1流感病毒感染小鼠作为模型,测定其对感染小鼠死亡保护率及肺指数抑制率的影响。结果急支平喘软胶囊可明显抑制干酵母致大鼠发热和内毒素致家兔体温升高;抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀率、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀率,减轻肿胀程度;并可减少流感病毒感染引起的小鼠死亡率,降低肺指数。结论急支平喘软胶囊具有较好的解热、抗炎、抗病毒功效。OBJECTIVE To study antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects of Jizhipingchuan Soft Capsule. METHODS The models of dry yeast-induced fevered rats and endotoxin-induced fevered rabbits were used to study the antipyretic effects of the drug, while the models of xylene-induced mice with swollen ears and carrageenin-induced rats with edematous paws were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects. And the influenza virus FM1 infected mice were taken as the model to determine the influence of Jizhipingchuan Soft Capsule on the death-protection rate and the inhibition rate of lung index of the virus-infected mice. RESULTS Jizhipingchuan So{t Capsule could obviously lower the high temperature of fevered rats and rabbits, inhibit the rates of xylene-induced ear swelling in mice and carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats, relieve the degree of swelling or edema, and reduce the death rate and lung index of the virus-infected mice. CONCLUSION Jizhipingchuan Soft CaDsula shows the significant antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects.
