摘 要:弹簧喷嘴适应于机组变负荷运行的特点,使其在滑压运行除氧器中得到了广泛的应用,尤其是在一体化除氧器中更具有显著的优越性,能够维持恒定的喷射速度、喷射角度以及良好的雾化效果。介绍了一体化除氧器弹簧喷嘴的结构和原理,分析了弹簧喷嘴的喷流特性以及影响其雾化过程的因素,以期为一体化除氧器及其弹簧喷嘴的研究和实际应用提供一定的指导和参考。The spring nozzle has the feature of adapting to unit variable load operation and therefore has been widely used for deaerators in sliding pressure operation. It has significant advantages especially for integrated deaerators, e.g. it is able to maintain a constant injection speed, a constant spray angle and a good atomization effect. This paper introduced the structure and principles of the spring nozzle for the integrated deaerator. The spring-nozzle spray characteristics and the factors influencing the atomization process were analyzed. The results of the study are expected to provide certain guidance and reference for the research and practical application of the integrated deaerator and spring nozzles.
