摘 要:用75%乙醇回流提取药材有效成分,制备小陷胸颗粒,以颗粒的成型性和溶化性能为指标,考察了糊精、蔗糖的比例以及润湿剂的浓度。结果表明,药材提取的最佳条件为:加5倍量乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h;干膏∶糊精∶蔗糖=2∶1∶1,润湿剂为85%的乙醇,颗粒的成型率达85%以上。采用选定的提取条件和制剂工艺制备的颗粒,其成型性和溶化性均较好。Preparation of Xiaoxianxiong Granules with the 'active ingredient of medicinal materials extraction by 75% ethanol. The proportional quantities of dextrin and cane sugar in Granules and centration of wetting agent were investigated, the moldability and dissolving property of Granules refluxed the con- were re- garded as the detection index. Results showed that the optimum extraction was as follows:soaking in five times amount of ethanol, extracting three times, every time for 1.5 h. The proportion of dry extraction, dex- trin and cane sugar was 2 : 1 : 1, wetting agent was 85% ethanol. Forming ratio was much more than 85%. The moldability and dissolving property of Granules which was prepared by selected extracting con- dition and preparation technology was preferable.
