摘  要:采用HP-5柱分离、FID检测器检测,分别采用外标法和内标法进行了测试研究,建立了废溶剂油中苯系物及醋酸丁酯的气相色谱测试技术,考察了各物质的线性及回收率。结果表明,在最佳测试条件下,采用外标法各组分线性相关系数R均大于0.999 9,各物质平均回收率在98.74%~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1.37%(n=6)。采用不同内标物得到的各物质线性相关系数R均大于0.999 8,各物质平均回收率在98.45%~101.65%,相对标准偏差分别均小于(RSD)2.55%(n=6)。可以满足实际工作需要。External standard method and internal standard method with HP-5 gas capillary, FID determina- tion were discussed in this experiment. Capillary gas chromatography technology of benzene mixture and butyl acetate in spent oil were established. Various material linearities and recoveries were investigated. The results showed that under the optimum test condition linear correlation coefficient of each component was over 0. 999 9, the average recovery of each component was 98.74% - 100%, the relative standard deviation was less than 1.37% (n = 6) by external standard method. Linear correlation coefficient of each component was over 0. 999 8 ,the average recovery of each component was 98.45%-101.65% , the rel- ative standard deviation was less' than 2.55% (n = 6) by internal standard method. The research could meet the needs of practical work.
